OKNO – CLOSE ENCOUNTERS. The Second Encounter – Inner Body /Attentive Improvisation
During the second meeting, we will turn to practices focused on the intensive deepening of body awareness, which use knowledge from the domain of dance, as well as anatomy, neurology and psychology. Through work focused on the diversified stimulation of the nervous system, understanding motion patterns and body-mind relationships, recognizing its mechanisms at the tissue level. The workshop will allow the participants to deepen their understanding of their own bodies and psychosomatic reactions to various stimuli. It will be focused on unlearning and relearning how to move. This experience will also serve to create solo dance improvisations. The Second Encounter will be led by Idan Yoav and Katarzyna Sitarz.
