VOCAL WORKSHOPS:
The workshop for people wishing to enhance their experience with breathing and the use of voice. They include work on the issue and the expression of the voice, on shape, color, dynamics and awareness of sound and the ability to listen carefully. The songs are selected from Slavic traditions (Polish, Ukrainian, Georgian and Balkan). The workshop is addressed for both advanced and newcomers.
THEATRE WORKSHOPS:
The workshops are a proposal of personal development through motion expression and creative thinking. They help the participants to explore possibilities of expressing emotions through the body. They can be considered as an attempt to break one’s barriers and inhibitions and to open oneself to others. They help to build trust in oneself, in one’s partner and the group, as well as integration and attempt to find common energy and rhythm. They also aim to strengthen the awareness of one’s body as well as the courage to express oneself. They shape such skills as: listening, group cooperation, communicative transmission of thoughts, creative thinking and action, going beyond mental patterns, developing imagination, working on realizing one’s creative possibilities.
