Theatre is born in an encounter. In a look, a gesture, a shared breath. In a story that someone decides to tell – and in the one who is ready to listen to it.
As we celebrate International Theatre Day, we think about all the moments that have happened in the space of Kana over the last 45 years. About the people who were here, are here and will be here. About the conversations that changed our thinking. About the performances that left a mark on us.
We thank all those who create theatre – on stage, backstage, in the audience. To those who believe that theatre is more than a performance. That it is a place for community, for stories that cannot always be contained in words.
On the occasion of this holiday, we wish you – creators, viewers, friends of theatre – undiminished curiosity, courage in searching for new paths and meetings that will stay with you for a long time.
