non inclusive - a theatrical micro-novel about the relationship of a 46-year-old father and 18-year-old daughter and their relationships with travel destinations and the world, built during expeditions undertaken in the form of unorganized tourism, long and short journeys, experienced as an unpredictable path based on selfless hospitality, the goal is always the starting point - the city of Łódź.
A story about growing up, the daughter-father relationship, about the specificity of building and perceiving a world that is not shaped by needs and behavioral patterns created and imposed by the laws of the market. With regard to shared memories of unexpected, unplanned trips, we wanted to examine to what extent modern tourism instrumentalizes experiences, reduces the chance to experience the world and the non-obvious closeness resulting from meeting and building selfless relationships with others, strangers, strangers.
In the fall of 2023, we tried to catch fleeting moments, collecting memories and thoughts about our travels and unorganized tourism, as well as trying to be close to each other at a time when our travel paths inevitably diverge. As a result, a non-inclusive intimate theater performance was created: Tosia Brzozowska/Marcin Brzozowski/Kacper Stich Pawlicki
